These unique San Diego accommodations vary according to vessel. Yachts have private staterooms, salons with television, DVD/VCR and stereo, galley and dining area. Each villa is a floating home, with bedrooms, showers, washer and dryers, galleys, TV, and DVD/VCR.

Villa Capistrano
45’ Floating Home, sleeps 8 (2 adults)
Two story luxury surrounded by water! 1200 sq. ft, two bedroom two bath with queen bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa on the enclosed sunroom. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, stereo, VCR, three televisions, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dining table. Beautifully decorated for ultimate comfort.

Villa La Jolla
45’ Floating Home, sleeps 4 (2 adults)
The Villa La Jolla has a spacious salon and is completely equipped for your comfort. Relax with a book or feed the ducks from your own waterside veranda. An abundance of storage space, the beautiful full galley, washer/dryer, dishwasher, television, stereo and VCR make her ready to accommodate up to four people in pure comfort. 450 sq ft, one bedroom with queen size bed and one and a half baths plus a queen sofa sleeper in the salon.

Villa Del Mar
45’ Floating Home, sleeps 4 (2 adults)
The Villa Del Mar has a spacious salon and is completely equipped for your comfort. Relax with a book or feed the ducks from your own waterside veranda. An abundance of storage space, the beautiful full galley, washer/dryer, dishwasher, television, stereo and VCR make her ready to accommodate up to four people in pure comfort. 450 sq ft, one bedroom with queen size bed and one and a half baths plus a queen sofa sleeper in the salon.

Villa San Juan
45’ Floating Home, sleeps 6 (2 adults)
The Villa San Juan is perfect for entertaining or just quiet relaxation. 600 sq ft, two bedroom two bath with a queen bed and a queen sleeper in the salon. The beautiful full galley, washer/dryer, televisions, stereo and VCR make her ready to accommodate up to six people in pure comfort. Waterside patio and top deck provide the perfect escape to sunbath and rejuvenate.

Antigua
55’ Coastal Cruiser Yacht, sleeps 4 (2 adults)
A large fly bridge and upper deck. Sleeps four comfortably. The Captain's aft stateroom sleeps two on a queen bed; the additional forward stateroom also accommodates two. Carpets, drapes, televisions, VCR, Stereo, Washer/dryer, a fully equipped galley and two full baths make this vessel feel more like a floating hotel room.

Easy Rider
41’ Sun Harbor Trawler, sleeps 4 (2 adults)
An outdoor sundeck for getting that California tan, the rear deck was designed for watching the sun set and the city lights over San Diego Bay. The roomy main salon is ideal for entertaining; beautifully finished teak wood surrounds you throughout the vessel. Includes two staterooms with two double beds and two bathrooms. The beautiful full galley, television, stereo and VCR make her ready to accommodate up to four people in pure comfort.

Neva Mae
32’ Sailing Catamaran, sleeps 4 (2 adults)
The main salon has a unique 360-degree panorama view of the outside world. Includes dual double bedded staterooms with a bonus extra twin berth allowing accommodation for up to four. Full galley, forward deck, trampoline and deck space for sunbathing. The Neva Mae is equipped with a sailing shower, access to full showers available in the Marina. The perfect unique getaway for special occasions and holidays.

Barbados
55’ Coastal Cruiser Yacht, sleeps 4 (2 adults)
Upper and forward decks for sunbathers or just relaxing. The aft stateroom sleeps two on a queen bed, the additional forward stateroom also accommodates two. Fully equipped galley, two full baths, television, VCR and stereo make her ready to accommodate up to four people.
